Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language description of what ScoutSite collects and why — not boilerplate copied from somewhere else. If anything here is unclear, email julian.jozwiak@icloud.com and ask.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your full name, email, phone number, and graduation year. If you go on to fill out the intake form, we also collect whatever you choose to submit there — things like your sport, position, measurables, GPA, school, team history, bio, and links to your highlight video(s).
We do not collect or store your card number, bank details, or any other payment information — that goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and never touches our servers. See their privacy policy for how they handle it.
Why we collect it
- To build the recruiting website you paid for, using the info and media you submit
- To contact you about your order — questions, previews, and delivery
- To bill you for the package or hosting subscription you choose, via Stripe
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your signup and intake form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Both are third-party processors we use to run this business — neither uses your data for anything beyond delivering it to us or processing your payment.
If you're a minor
Many ScoutSite customers are student athletes under 18. If that's you, we encourage a parent or guardian to review this policy and be involved in what's submitted. If you're a parent or guardian and want information about your child removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your info as long as needed to build and maintain your site, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email julian.jozwiak@icloud.com any time to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here directly.
