By purchasing a package or using this site, you're agreeing to the terms below. Written in plain language on purpose — email julian.jozwiak@icloud.com if anything's unclear.
What we build
ScoutSite designs and builds a personal recruiting website for you, using the information, stats, and video links you submit through the intake form, matching the features included in the package (Basic, Pro, or Elite) you purchased.
Payment & delivery
The one-time build fee is charged at signup, before work starts. Turnaround estimates shown on the pricing page (e.g. 4-6 business days for Basic) are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary depending on how complete your submitted info is and how quickly you respond to a preview.
Before your site goes live, we send you a preview link to review. Reasonable revisions to bring the site in line with what your package includes are covered — this isn't a limit on small fixes, but a full redesign after approval is a new project, not a revision.
Hosting subscription
Hosting/updates is a separate, optional monthly subscription. You can cancel any time; canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period already paid for.
Your responsibilities
- Information and stats you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have the right to use any photos or video you submit (e.g. it's your own footage, or you have permission to use it)
- You're at least old enough to make this purchase, or a parent/guardian is aware of and involved in it
Refunds
A refund is available if the delivered website is missing something that was explicitly described as included in your package on the ScoutSite pricing page, and that issue isn't fixed within a reasonable time after you report it.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after a design you already approved during the preview step
- Personal taste in design choices that were never promised on the site (colors, layout style, etc.)
- Delays caused by missing or incomplete information on your end

No recruiting guarantee
ScoutSite builds you a professional website to present yourself to coaches and scouts. We don't control, and can't guarantee, whether any coach, program, or school contacts you, offers you a spot, or recruits you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use ScoutSite after a change means you accept the update.
